Requirements

 

Here are my requirements for custom orders:

1. My minimum order for custom work is $150

2. Custom orders based off of our previous creations are preferred (with modifications to size/color/design). However, you are welcome to send inspiration photos based off of any other works you resonate with too- I will take inspiration from that and incorporate the desired elements toward something unique to you!

3. If you'd like an exact piece or style from a different artist to be replicated, I will do my best to help you find the original artist and refer you to them :)

4. After the digital mock up of the design is approved by you and prior to the physical creation of the piece or any custom materials being special ordered, a 50% deposit will be required. The remaining balance will be paid upon completion of the final piece.

5. I allow up to 5 revisions on the digital mock up and up to 2 revisions on the final piece. I will do everything possible to make sure we are both 100% happy with the custom order.

The Process

​

Here's how the process works:

1.  First, you will submit the form below outlining the details of what you are looking for.

2. Next, I will contact you via email to ask for clarification as needed and answer any questions you have. I will also let you know the next time frame I have available and provide a more specific quote.

3. If you approve the estimate and time slot, I will then sketch out some ideas for you and we will work together on making revisions until you are 100% happy and approve the final design.

4. Once your booking slot has arrived, I will sketch some ideas out and make revisions until we get the perfect design.

5. Then, I will send you a listing for the deposit, and once that has been paid I will begin working on your piece. 

6. If you would like, I will send you updates on your piece as I go or leave it a total surprise! Once it's finished, I will send you a quick photo for approval and if you don't have any changes or requests I will take the final photos and create your listing. The piece will ship once the remaining payment has been made!

Pricing

 

Please bear in mind that pricing varies greatly depending on the size, detail and intricacy of a piece as well as if any materials need to be special ordered. Below is a rough estimate of my pricing, but in order to provide a more accurate quote I will need to know all of the specific details for your piece!

Small (2 feet across) $150-200

Medium (~3ft across) $200-300

Large (~4 ft across) $300-400

XL (5ft across) $400-$600

XXL (6 ft branch +)  $500+
